Privacy Policy

​I hereby authorize Morningwood Homeowners Association, Inc., to debit my bank account through the electronic automated clearing house (ACH) network within one to three business days from the date of this payment.  I am aware that in the event Morningwood Homeowners Association, Inc., is unable to secure funds from my bank account for this transaction for any reason, including but not limited to, insufficient funds in my account or insufficient or inaccurate information I provided when I submitted the electronic payment, further collection action may be undertaken by Morningwood Homeowners Association, Inc., including application of returned check fees to the extent permitted by law.  If the payment is returned by my bank, I am still responsible for making a payment to Morningwood Homeowners Association, Inc., for homeowners annual association dues.

Terms and Conditions

The Morningwood Homeowners 2nd Amended Declaration of Limitations and Restrictions shall apply and become a part of all contracts for sale, contracts for deed, deeds and other legal instruments whereby title or possession to any lot in the Morningwood Subdivision is, or has been conveyed.  Each person who accepts, or has accepted, a contract for deed, deed, or other legal instrument whereby title or possession to any lot in the subdivision is, acquired, agrees to be bound by these restrictions and use limitations.  The homeowner association dues are $50 per year, per lot owned in the subdivision.  The dues are used for maintaining common areas (street lighting, entrance lawn maintenance, park maintenance and general operating expenses.  Association dues are non-refundable.
