The Covid-19 Epidemic created some significant challenges for the Morningwood Homeowners Association volunteer Board members.  We have had several Board Member resignations but the existing members have been meeting to again serve our community.  We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.  We will send out information on the agenda for our Annual Meeting that will be held at 3 PM, Sunday 31 July, 2022 at the Hilliard Fire Station.

  
MWHOA Dues for each Lot are $50/year and are due on 15 January 2022.  You must be current with your annual dues to vote at the Annual Meeting and, this year, you will be charged interest if your account is delinquent past 1 August 2022.
